UAE sends oxygen containers to India for use in hospitals

Indian Air Force transported oxygen containers from Dubai to India for use in hospitals.

India is acquiring oxygen containers from the UAE India sent a military aircraft to the UAE to transport oxygen containers back for use in its hospitals.

Six cryogenic oxygen storage containers were airlifted from Dubai to West Bengal in India and similar service is planned on to Tuesday to bolster supply chains.

The containers will be used to store liquid oxygen that will go on to be used to help patients with Covid-19 to breathe.

Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, assured India of the UAE’s support.
